Our shoes are 100% made in Italy, handcrafted and made to order: we therefore do not have items ready in stock but all models are handmade by highly specialized workers in our shoe workshops and consequently it takes 2-3 working days to ship orders received.

We therefore ask customers to pay particular attention to the choice of size, in order to avoid problems when receiving the footwear and create inconvenience for us too with any returns.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE

For the Magnus and Imperial brands, when purchasing open slippers (no moccasins), we advise customers to purchase a size larger than the shoe they typically wear, so if you wear a size 43 shoe, a size 44 is recommended. slippers.
For the Geda, Milly and Di Berardino brand slippers, the fit is regular and there is no need to order larger sizes.

Milly slippers are not suitable for those with hallux valgus, wide soles, hammer toes, particularly accentuated insteps or any other foot problems.
The fit is regular for all items.
In particular, the models with 5 cm heels are suitable for those who have normal or thin feet and have difficulty finding a type of shoe suitable for their feet, while the other models with 3 cm heels have a slightly larger fit.

For moccasin models of all brands and for irregular or problematic feet (hallux valgus, high feet, obvious asymmetries, swollen feet, etc.) we strongly advise customers to carry out a measurement, preferably with a tape measure, of the sole length foot, width of the sole of the foot and arch of the foot (instep) as shown in the following images:

The relevant measurements carried out must be entered in the order notes field.
The aforementioned measurements are however welcome and recommended regardless of the model ordered. as they allow us to offer an excellent service and deliver a perfectly tailor-made ad hoc product.
